LOADING PHASE: For the first 5 days of use, take ±1 teaspoon (5g) 4-5 times daily with your favourite fruit juice or protein drink.
MAINTENANCE: After consecutive days of loading, take ±1 teaspoon (5g) 1-2 times per day with your favourite fruit juice or protein drink.
*During loading and maintenance, one serving should be taken before and/or after training.
