RECOMMENDED USE: As a dietary supplement mix ±1 scoop (10 g) to 350-400 ml with cold water (adjust for
taste preference). Take one serving, in the morning on an empty stomach, 30 minutes prior to exercise or your
first meal. Consume a second serving when energy levels are low. Mix into your pre-workout, or beverage of
