What you’ll need:
- 1½ cups rolled oats
- ¼ cup cacao powder (raw cocoa works too)
- 1–2 scoops Biogen Creatie All-In-One
- 1 cup milk (or water – your call!)
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: baking powder for extra fluff
- A few chunks of your fave chocolate to top
- Fresh orange zest for that citrusy finish
How to make it
- Blend the oats until fine – we’re aiming for oat flour vibes here.
In a bowl, mix your blended oats with cacao powder, creatine, baking powder (if using), and a pinch of salt. - Slowly stir in your milk or water until you’ve got a smooth batter (add a splash more liquid if needed).
- Pour into ramekins and press a few chocolate chunks on top.
- Bake or air-fry at 180°C for 10–15 minutes, until the top is set and a little gooey underneath.
- Top with grated orange zest and a cheeky drizzle of melted chocolate. Devour while warm!
