DOSAGE: Dissolve ±1 slightly rounded scoop (50g) into 500ml water and shake well for an isotonic solution. For a hypotonic solution, which can be taken during the initial part of a race, dissolve ±1 slightly rounded scoop into 750ml water and shake well.
ENDURANCE: Take 150-200ml every 15-20 minutes during training and events. Start drinking 30-60 minutes prior to events, taking 2-3 sips every 10-15 minutes.
GENERAL: Take 200ml every 30 minutes during sessions longer than 90 minutes.
