Made with vanilla protein powder, Biogen strawberry energy bars, and creamy coconut milk, this no-bake (or bake-it-your-way) recipe is perfect for meal prep snacks, Valentine’s treats, or a quick post-workout bite. Enjoy them raw or baked—either way, they’re delicious!
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1¼ cups coconut milk or plain yogurt
- 1-2 Biogen Energy Nougat Bar (strawberry flavour), chopped
- Chopped white chocolate of choice
- Sprinkles

In a bowl, mix together the vanilla protein powder, full-fat coconut milk, chopped energy bars, white chocolate, and sprinkles until a smooth dough forms.

Lay a sheet of parchment paper on a flat surface and sprinkle with either sprinkles or cornstarch to prevent sticking. Roll the dough into a log shape, wrap it up, and freeze until firm.
