These Cookie Log Hearts are a fun and protein-packed way to satisfy your sweet cravings! Made with vanilla protein powder, Biogen strawberry energy bars, and creamy coconut milk, this no-bake (or bake-it-your-way) recipe is perfect for meal prep snacks, Valentine’s treats, or a quick post-workout bite. Enjoy them raw or baked—either way, they’re delicious!

Ingredients:
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1¼ cups coconut milk or plain yogurt
  • 1-2 Biogen Energy Nougat Bar (strawberry flavour), chopped
  • Chopped white chocolate of choice
  • Sprinkles
Method: 
  1. In a bowl, mix together the vanilla protein powder, full-fat coconut milk, chopped energy bars, white chocolate, and sprinkles until a smooth dough forms.

  2. Lay a sheet of parchment paper on a flat surface and sprinkle with either sprinkles or cornstarch to prevent sticking. Roll the dough into a log shape, wrap it up, and freeze until firm.

  3. Once set, slice into rounds and enjoy as-is or roll out and cut into heart-shaped cookies.

  4. These are delicious straight from the freezer, but if you prefer a crispier treat, bake at 180°C (350°F) for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden.
