Creatine Jellies Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups 100% fruit juice of your choice
  • 1 heaped tbsp Biogen Creatine Monohydrate
  • 1½ tsp agar agar or gelatine (depending on preference)
  • Sweetener or syrup, to taste
Method: 
  1. Combine & Simmer: Add the fruit juice, Biogen Creatine Monohydrate, agar agar or gelatine, and sweetener to a saucepan. Stir well to combine.
