- 1 ripe avocado
- 300ml coconut milk
- 1/4 cup liquid sweetener of choice
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1 heaped tbsp Biogen collagen hot chocolate powder
- Whipped coconut cream or yogurt to top
- Blueberries to decorate
- Place the ripe avocado, coconut milk, sweetener, cacao powder and Biogen hot chocolate
in a high speed blender and blend until combined.
- Top the mousse with the yogurt, blueberries and a dust of cacao powder.
