Tiramisu Oats

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups rolled oats, ground into flour (use gluten-free oats if needed)
  • 1-2 scoops Biogen Complete Whey (Chocolate or Vanilla flavour)
  • 1 medium overripe banana, mashed
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup honey or sweetener of choice
  • Pinch of salt
  • Espresso to soak the oats
  • More sliced banana for layering
  • Whipped coconut cream or Greek yoghurt of choice
  • Cacao powder to serve
Method: 
  1. Prepare the Oat Mixture: In a bowl, combine ground oats, Biogen Complete Whey, and salt. Gradually mix in milk, mashed banana, vanilla extract, and honey until smooth.
  2. Bake the Oat Cake: Pour the mixture into an ovenproof square ramekin. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes. Let cool completely.
  3. Assemble the Tiramisu: Slice the oat cake into layers. Dip the first layer in espresso and place it in a dish. Add layers of sliced banana, whipped coconut cream or Greek yoghurt, and cacao powder. Repeat layers and finish with cacao powder.
  4. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least an hour. Enjoy!
