Ingredients

  • 1½ cups oat flour
  • ½ cup shredded coconut flakes
  • 2 scoops Biogen Complete Whey (Salted Caramel flavour)
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • 1–2 tbsp nut butter
  • ½ cup mashed brown dates or 1/3 cup raw honey
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • Pinch of salt

How to make it 

  1. Add all the dry ingredients to a mixing bowl.
  2. Gradually add the milk, nut butter, and your chosen sweetener. Add the spices and salt, then mix until a soft, pliable dough forms.
  3. Roll the dough into bite-sized balls, then coat each one in shredded coconut.
