DOSAGE: (Adults) Add 1 effervescent tablet (5 g) to 500 ml water and wait until dissolved. Take a few sips every 15-20 minutes during physical activity. It is advisable to combine with a carbohydrate-rich drink/food when active for 90 minutes+. Can also be taken before or after exercise.
