DOSAGE: (Adults 18 years and older): Take 1 (one) vegetable capsule with or after breakfast, or as recommended by your healthcare provider. Health supplements are intended only to complement health or supplement the diet.

Each vegetable capsule contains 25 mg caffeine. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80 mg of caffeine. Limit the use of caffeine-containing products (including tea and coffee) when taking this product. Total caffeine intake more than 200 mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy / breastfeeding.
