DOSAGE: (Adults and children over 10 years): Take 1 capsule at night. Takes 6-24 hours for its effect to be noticed and should be used for short-term treatment of acute constipation only. Do not use continuously for longer than 1-2 weeks. If symptoms persist, consult a healthcare practitioner. Do not use during pregnancy or lactation or if you suffer from kidney or heart disease.
