DOSAGE: Take 1 sachet (36g) every 30-40 minutes during an event, also taking 250 ml water with every sachet. Reduce intake when combining with other energy sources. (Optional): Take 1 sachet 30 minutes prior to an event / training session, and another 2 – 3 sachets afterwards (of no additional products are used beforehand and afterwards for recovery). Should not replace a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
