DOSAGE: Dissolve ±1 teaspoon (2,5 g) in a glass of water, juice or your protein drink of choice and drink pre and post training. If required, dissolve a second teaspoon in water and drink 30 minutes before bed. Should not replace a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
Hydration is important when taking this product, remember to drink at least 10-12 glasses of water per day.
WARNINGS: Consult your doctor prior to use, especially if you have a medical condition. Not suitable for pregnant/lactating women, or individuals under the age of 18, unless prescribed by a sports physician/dietitian. Avoid use if diagnosed with liver damage, kidney failure or Reye’s syndrome. High dosages may result in gastric disturbances, if symptoms prolong, reduce dosage or discontinue.
