DOSAGE: As a nutritional supplement add ±1 scoop (29 g) into 150-200 ml cold water and shake well. Can also be included in your favourite smoothie. Use at any stage throughout the day when a high-protein drink is required: pre or post-exercise or as a snack. Aim to consume 2 servings per day. Should not replace a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
