I always make sure to grab the Omega 3 Fish Oil when it’s on sale. I feel like my body just functions better when I’m using it, especially in terms of overall wellbeing and joint comfort, especially now that I am going through menopause. The absolute best. I started taking Biogen's Omega 3 in 2014. My eyesight improved by at least one lens every two years until my kids were born. Then I stopped taking it and my eyesight regressed. In late 2023 I started taking it once more and yet again my eyesight is improving. Also, it helps with my "scatter brainedness".
