DOSAGE: Mix ±2 scoops (43 g) to 250-350ml of cold water, almond milk or smoothie. Have 1 – 3 servings daily. Consume in-between meals to increase total daily protein intake. Can also be taken 30 minutes prior to / directly after a workout.
