DOSAGE: (Adults 18 years and older): Take 1 (one) multivitamin and mineral tablet (beige), 1 (one) calcium tablet (white) and 1 (one) omega-3 soft gelatine capsule (clear-yellow soft gelatine capsule) daily with food, or as recommended by your healthcare provider. The daily dosage can be taken all at once, or incrementally throughout the day. The dosage remains the same for multiple (twins, triplets, etc) pregnancies. Health supplements are intended only to complement health or supplement the diet.
