DOSAGE: Mix ±2 rounded scoops (30 g) into 350 – 500 ml of cold water in your water bottle and shake well for 30 seconds. Can be taken before or during training for maximum efficacy. Supplements should not replace a varied diet.
Remember that an adequate state of hydration must be maintained when using this product – have at least 8-10 large glasses of water per day.
WARNINGS: High levels of amino acids may cause gastric discomfort in sensitive individuals – reduce dosage or discontinue use if this is the case. ß-Alanine may cause a flushing, tingling and/or prickling sensation of the skin, in which case, reduce the dose. Not recommended for individuals sensitive to caffeine.
