DOSAGE: Mix ±1 scoop (52 g) with a protein shake, zero carbohydrate electrolyte drink / pre-workout, water or juice of your choice. Have one serving per hour of activity (lasting 90 min+), and another within 30 minutes afterwards, or use as directed by a sports adviser. Supplements should not replace a varied diet.
It is important to drink at least 10 – 12 glases of water per day.
