DOSAGE: Mix ± 1 slightly rounded scoop (18 g) with 250 ml cold water. Have 1-2 servings every hour during training. events longer than 60 minutes may require you to start drinking 30-60 minutes prior to event. Supplements should not replace a varied diet.
