DOSAGE: Add ±6 scoops (300 g) to 700–900 ml of cold water for a full serving, or ±3 scoops (150 g) to 350–450 ml of cold water for half a serving . Mix thoroughly in a blender or a shaker for about 30 seconds. Aim to have 2-3 full servings daily.
TIP: Mixing ±6 scoops (300g) to 700–900 ml fat free or low fat milk instead of water will give you a thicker, creamier, higher-calorie shake. New users may find if beneficial to begin with a 150g serving daily for the first week and then gradually increase to 1 or more full servings several times a day.
