DOSAGE: One can (500 ml) contains 160 mg of caffeine, which is equal to two cups of coffee (80 mg caffeine per cup). As per The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) scientific opinion on the safety of caffeine (2015), an intake of 400 mg per day (two and a half 500 ml cans / five cups of coffee) does not raise safety concerns for the general healthy adult population.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Do not consume if you are pregnant / lactating, under the age of 18 or sensitive to caffeine.
