I take Vitamin D with Coconut Oil whenever I feel my immune system has taken a knock: limited sleep, tough work week, nasal drip starting. Without taking it, I would have been sick more often.

I recently started using the Vitamin D capsules when I learned that it's crucial for calcium absorption. I am currently in menopause and I take supplements for bone health. So the calcium absorption is crucial.
