You don’t get better than creamy, chocolate dessert! Watch Lisa Raleigh whip up a healthy version of the indulgent treat, that packs a protein and superfood punch.
Method:
– Add the 3/4 cup milk (of your choice) to the blender
– Add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and blend with the milk for about 30 seconds
– Add 1 tablespoon of sweetener (of your choice)
– Add 2 tablespoons of cacao powder
– Include your 45grams of Biogen Lean Whey and blend together
– Add extra milk if the blend is too thick
– Place the mixture into a bowl and into the fridge for at least 60min or overnight
– Add your topping of garnished coconut and enjoy!
