– 25g Biogen Lean Whey
– 50g Oats
– 100ml milk of choice
– 1 free-range egg
– 1/4 t baking powder
– 1/4 vanilla extract
– 3 T berries of your choice
– Pinch of salt
– Coconut oil for cooking
