Ingredients
3 tbsp. almond flakes
¼ cup honey
3 cups plain Greek yoghurt
16 fresh figs
Method
1. Toast your almond flakes in a small dry pan over a medium-low heat until golden brown, about 4 minutes. Remember to toss or stir frequently.
2. Heat the honey with ½ tsp. water in a small saucepan over a medium heat, occasionally stirring, until runny – don’t bowl!
