Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats, ground into flour (use gluten-free oats if needed)
- 1-2 scoops Biogen Complete Whey (Chocolate or Vanilla flavour)
- 1 medium overripe banana, mashed
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup honey or sweetener of choice
- Pinch of salt
- Espresso to soak the oats
- More sliced banana for layering

- Cacao powder to serve

- Bake the Oat Cake: Pour the mixture into an ovenproof square ramekin. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes. Let cool completely.
- Assemble the Tiramisu: Slice the oat cake into layers. Dip the first layer in espresso and place it in a dish. Add layers of sliced banana, whipped coconut cream or Greek yoghurt, and cacao powder. Repeat layers and finish with cacao powder.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least an hour. Enjoy!
