DOSAGE: As a nutritional supplement, mix ±2 heaped scoops (43g) with 300ml cold water.
LOADING PHASE: For the creatine loading phase, drink four servings daily for five consecutive days, then maintain at one to two servings daily.
MAINTENANCE: For best results during maintenance, take one serving prior to and/or one serving directly after your workout.
