Biogen Pure Energy Sports Electrolyte Drink is engineered for high performance endurance sport. It contains a blend of simple carbohydrates which provide a rapid source of energy. Containing Magnesium, Phosphates, Potassium and Sodium to replenish electrolytes during and after any physical activities.

DOSAGE: Mix ± 1 slightly rounded scoop (18 g) with 250 ml cold water. Have 1-2 servings every hour during training. events longer than 60 minutes may require you to start drinking 30-60 minutes prior to event. Supplements should not replace a varied diet.
