Endurance athletes:
Before and During Exercise – Mix ±1 scoop (15 g) with 500 – 550 ml water, start sipping 20 minutes before training/ race and sip throughout. Consume in addition to Biogen Cytogen or the energy drink of your choice. After Exercise – For optimal recovery, consume a second serving directly after your training session / event together with Biogen Recovergen or your recovery drink of choice.
Weight training athletes:
Mix ±1 scoop (15 g) with 500 – 550 ml water any time of the day to increase your total
