DOSAGE: As a nutritional supplement add ±1 scoop (43 g) to 200-250 ml cold water. Mix thoroughly in a blender or a shaker for about 30 seconds. Take one serving 30-45 minutes prior to workouts and a second serving directly after. For an anabolic 54 g protein double serving, add ±2 scoops (86 g) to 400-500 ml cold water. On rest days, take a double serving (±2 scoops) 30 minutes prior to breakfast and another serving mid-afternoon.
Due to the nature of the ingredients (added herbals), this product may have a grainy mouthfeel. Supplements should not replace a varied diet.
