DOSAGE: As a nutritional supplement and based on your performance needs, mix ±2 scoops (27,5 g) to 400-500 ml of cold water. Shake well for 30-45 seconds. Consume before, during, or after intense exercise or as needed for added energy. Increase your serving to ±4 scoops (55 g) if engaging in prolonged exertion for 2 hours or more. It is important to note that the beneficial effects of creatine will only be obtained with a daily intake of at least 3 g creatine.
Hydration is important when taking this product, drink at least 10-12 glasses of water per day.
