Virgin Active Rewards

You’ve done the hard yards and earned your reward, so we know how frustrating it can be to select your preferred Biogen reward and not find it in stock. To make your life easier and avoid any inconvenience, we’ve created a live stock tracker* to improve our service offering to Virgin members, so you can select your product and check the current status of stock at your chosen store beforehand.

Simply enter your nearest Dis-Chem branch concerned to see the current stock holding. Once you can see your closest branch has stock, you can then select your reward in the Virgin Active app and go and redeem.

*Stock values are correct at the time they are posted, but may be delayed by 15-20 minutes. We would encourage refreshing your browser just in case, and if any stores’ quantity show less than 10, we would advise selecting an alternative store or different reward.
