DOSAGE: (Porridge): Mix 1 scoop (50 g) to 125ml of hot water or milk. (Shake): Mix 1 scoop (50 g) to 200–250ml of water or milk. Dosage may be increased depending on digestibility. It is suggested to start with one scoop. Supplements should not replace a varied diet.
Hydration is important when taking this product, drink at least 10 – 12 glasses of water per day.
WARNINGS: Consult with your doctor prior to use, especially if you have a medical condition. Not suitable for pregnant/lactating women, or individuals under the age of 18. Individuals 12 – 18 years should not exceed one serving a day.
