Biogen Pre Sport Instant Energy Meal has been formulated with performance athletes in mind, whether you are hitting the road, diving into a pool or heading into the mountains, Pre Sport Instant Energy Meal will provide an easily digestible meal with the energy you require to be your best.

Providing you with high quality Carbohydrate sources like Sweet Potato, Oats and Rice.

Adequate levels of Protein, Fibre and Fat to reduce the likelihood of digestive discomfort.

Source of electrolytes, loading your body with the salts it needs, and may prevent cramping.

DOSAGE: (Porridge): Mix 1 scoop (50 g) to 125ml of hot water or milk. (Shake): Mix 1 scoop (50 g) to 200–250ml of water or milk. Dosage may be increased depending on digestibility. It is suggested to start with one scoop. Supplements should not replace a varied diet.

Hydration is important when taking this product, drink at least 10 – 12 glasses of water per day.

WARNINGS: Consult with your doctor prior to use, especially if you have a medical condition. Not suitable for pregnant/lactating women, or individuals under the age of 18. Individuals 12 – 18 years should not exceed one serving a day.
